With 19 years under my belt in the IT industry, I've turned technical challenges into strategic advantages across various sectors, especially in healthcare. My journey started back in 2005 in technical support, where I quickly learned the ropes by managing IT operations for senior leaders at the sixth-largest bank worldwide.
Over the years, I’ve embraced roles that allowed me to use technology to enhance and streamline business processes. From managing print servers at HSBC to leading cloud architecture transitions for major health brokerage firms, I've honed my expertise in crafting scalable, secure, and efficient IT environments. Today, I lead the Azure infrastructure for a top software company in Latin America, supporting over 7,000 clients and 3,000,000 students.
